For the May-September season, reservations for 2 or more people: Ardoise main course and dessert for 18

Ardoise main course: Tabouleh verrine, melon balls and beetroot/raspberry sorbet, peppers marinated in fresh coriander, kefta, goats cheese and mint chunks, chips, ratatouille.

 

Ardoise dessert: Chocolate lava cake, strawberry and raspberry verrine, rum and raisin panacotta

The rest of the year, reservations for 4 or more people: 3 menu choices for 25
